RegentGordon started life as a predominantly buy side advisor sourcing ‘off-market’ deals leveraging its widespread network of contacts gathered from over 25 years of activity in the German commercial property market. Whilst still highly active in this field we have moved our focus to incorporate a higher percentage of sell side advisory in our business model. We are now very active in this field and have a strong track record in both the aquisition and sales of commercial investment properties and development land.
