RegentGordon started life as a predominantly buy side advisor sourcing ‘off-market’ deals leveraging its widespread network of contacts gathered from over 25 years of activity in the German commercial property market.
Whilst still highly active in this field we have moved our focus to incorporate a higher percentage of sell side advisory in our business model.
We are now very active in this field and have a strong track record of sales of both commercial investment properties and development land.
After taking a degree in Urban Estate Management, Harry da Costa joined the Cushman & Wakefield (then known as Healey & Baker) graduate training scheme in London. Following the fall of the wall Harry joined DTZ Zadelhoff Berlin office in 1991 becoming one of the first Chartered Surveyors ever to practice in Berlin. In 1994 he joined PriceWaterhouse Corporate finance Berlin and was subsequently hired by Arthur Andersen real estate in Frankfurt.
In 2001 Harry moved south to Munich and took a position with CBRE as a member of their cross-border corporate investment team.
